Further changes after that phase is not allowed with the exception that they are simply minor and do not greatly affect the process and the result of the piece.
You may also still request minor changes even after the final product is given.
(ex: Minor color changes, small marks and details I may have forgotten, etc.)

F.A.Q:

  1. What is the Discount Ticket?
The discount ticket is a promo offer that is randomly given to anyone via events, raffles and the like that I will be doing in the future! The ticket gives 50% off from the full price! Example: You order a full / detailed, fullbody piece with three people, plus additional effectswhich gives a total of 155$, using the ticket, the final price will then be 77.50$
However, the ticket only comes out once in a blue moon, so watch out for it!
  2. Why do I have to fill out the character form?
For proper organization of course! You wouldn't want to give me information about your character(s) that isn't even clear, and I don't even want to get started with lacking or unclear information that can lead to the destruction of the piece.
Because I mainly do characters, this is a form that needs to be filled out properly, at least, the more you took your time and dedication on the form, the higher chances it is to be accepted and your order will be done!
  3. I don't get the grace period rule, why do I have to wait for two days before my turn is next?
Friendly reminder that I'm still a human being, if I were to move on to the next person in the list without considering my life and health, then obviously things won't go well, I'd be pushing myself, I'd be tired, then your commission to me won't be as good because I didn't take a break.
  4. I don't get the phases part of the commission process, why do the phases have to be considered especially in the refund section?
The process of the piece is important to both you and me, communication is very important and I will be hitting updates on your piece, you wouldn't want me to receive your payment, never leave you any update and run off with it.

Especially if I'm going to show you an update on the piece and I keep progressing without proper evaluation and the outcome ends up being different from how you envisioned it.

Plus the importance of the phases are further emphasized in the refund section so that you know what phase am I in in the process of making your piece and how much I will be refunding you, why is that? Example: You order a full piece and decided to cancel it, to accommodate all of the hard work I still put into, I will only refund half of it, seems fair, right? Unless it's a legit emergency where you are suddenly rendered unable to pay of course.

  5. Can I promote the art you have made and repost it?
Yes you may! It is in the Terms of Service that you have the right to do whatever you want out of it except using it commercially. (i.e. Making money out of it), when you repost, please give proper credit and provide the link to me.

  6. What is the special reservation slot?
The special reservation slot is for close friends only upon request and/or my decision under various circumstances.
